  Always love (LOVE! LOVE!) going to Dutch Bros. We had them in Oregon and have missed it very much. Once i found out they were opening on here in Loveland I totally freaked out. At one point i was going there every day for 2 weeks and i live on the other side of town :D. The employees are nice and respectable. Always have a smile on their faces. Keep up with the AMAZING work guys!! #Chocolate_Milk_Chi_Tea_Girl

  I love dutch Bros and their coffee. The reason for my one star rating is because I received a gift card for 50.00 for Christmas. I was super excited as this is my usual stop before work. I used my gift card once,purchasing a medium iced kicker, which costs 4.00. My balance was 46.00. I returned a few days later to purchase the same drink at the same price. This time my balance was 22.00. I contacted dutch Bros through email about a week or two ago and was told my card had been charged 20.00 on the first day I visited. This is upsetting because I never returned to charge 20.00 on my card. I was told someone from this location would contact me and I have not been contacted by anyone. As much as I love their coffee and their friendly staff I will not be returning to this store. Whoever charged my card 20.00 without my permission shame on you. How do you feel okay with stealing from someone? If you do use a card whether it be a gift card or credit card I strongly suggest you make sure you get a receipt and check your balances.
